Jim Leitch Psychotherapy

Many of the people I work with appear capable and accomplished on the outside, yet feel unsettled underneath. Some are navigating burnout, career uncertainty, or leadership challenges. Others are carrying the weight of addiction, compulsive behaviours, anxiety, or relationship strain. Often there is a quiet sense that something needs to shift — even if it is not yet clear what that is.

I provide both psychotherapy and career/leadership counselling. My approach is thoughtful, grounded, and depth-oriented. I aim to create a space that feels private, unhurried, and free of judgment — a place where you can speak honestly and think clearly about what is happening beneath the surface.

In psychotherapy, I draw from psychodynamic and Jungian traditions to help uncover patterns that may be shaping your work, relationships, and sense of self. As a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), I also work with individuals struggling with sexual compulsivity, shame, and intimacy concerns.

In career and leadership counselling, I integrate structured assessments with reflective dialogue to help clarify direction, strengthen leadership capacity, and navigate professional transitions with intention. Whether you are re-evaluating your path or seeking to grow in your current role, our work is designed to be both practical and psychologically informed.

I work with adults who are seeking meaningful change — not quick fixes, but deeper clarity and alignment.

Beginning this process is a significant step. If you are considering reaching out, I invite you to connect for a consultation to determine whether working together feels like the right fit.
